EJ focuses on investment sales and advisory services for industrial and land opportunities across the Greater Columbus market, helping owners and investors identify, evaluate, and execute on commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Elford Realty, EJ spent over three years at Rockbridge Capital, a Columbus-based private equity firm specializing in hospitality investments. As a Senior Analyst, he played a key role in facilitating the closing of three transactions totaling eight hotel assets — representing $210MM+ in total capitalization and $80MM+ in equity. His responsibilities spanned deal underwriting, due diligence, market assessment, capital stack structuring, and renovation execution.
EJ is a graduate of Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs, where he concentrated in Trade and Financial Policy. He is currently working toward his CCIM designation to further deepen his technical expertise in commercial investment real estate. He was a four-year letter winner on the Princeton varsity football team and a two-time Ivy League Champion. Outside of work, EJ is passionate about health and wellness and giving back to the Columbus community — currently coaching youth football and lacrosse.
