Elford Realty was founded in 2000 to provide management services to our development partners. In 2015, Elford Realty was expanded to become a third party, full-service, commercial brokerage provider. Our team has a diverse background with over 100 years of combined experience advising clients on their commercial real estate needs.

Andy focuses on helping his clients find solutions to their real estate needs as it relates to office leasing, site selection, and the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. He started his career in 2005 with Continental Realty, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Partner, where he was promoted to Senior Vice President and Director of their Investment Services Group. In 2015, Andy expanded Elford Realty with Mike Fitzpatrick to provide a full-service real estate option for his clients.
He is actively involved in leadership roles in the community that include Nationwide Children’s Hospital Development Board (Past President), Rotary International (Past President Tri-Village Rotary), Columbus Realtors Board of Directors (Secretary), and the Ohio CCIM Chapter (Past President).
Andy is a 2002 graduate of Kenyon College and is a former 3-sport collegiate letter winner. He resides in Upper Arlington with his wife, Mary, their son, Luke, and their golden retriever, Grayton.

Kristy focuses on advising medical and office Landlords and Tenants on their real estate needs. She brings a diverse background having spent the first part of her career as an office broker with CB Richard Ellis and Colliers, and then as System Director of Real Estate Transactions and Development for OhioHealth. In her role with OhioHealth, she oversaw a portfolio of approximately 7 million square feet including office and medical space averaging 100+/- transactions per year. Her understanding of the healthcare and office environment goes beyond just the physical nature of a facility. Having the knowledge to understand what matters operationally for a company allows Kristy to be a strong advisor to her clients beyond just the real estate component.
Kristy is the co-founder of The Linda Daniel Foundation, which is a nonprofit organization committed to cancer prevention. They create unique athletic programs designed to challenge the athlete in each of us to raise money to help fund cancer research initiatives.
Kristy is a graduate of The Ohio State University and lives in Westerville with her husband, Matt, and two kids.

Alex focuses on assisting owners and users of industrial distribution and manufacturing assets to maximize the operational and capital value of their facilities through thoughtful analysis and creative solutions including leasing, purchase, build-to-suit, and development opportunities.
Prior to joining Elford, Alex was Vice President for Prologis with leasing, development, acquisition, and disposition responsibilities for Ohio and Northern Kentucky after spending 5 years overseeing Prologis’ Pacific Northwest portfolio. Alex has developed over $130 million and 2 million square feet of built-to-suit and speculative distribution and manufacturing space in multiple regions while completing over $500 million in leasing and sales transactions during his 15-year career. Alex’s customers have included Amazon, Home Depot, XPO Logistics, Staples, and Case New Holland, among many others.
Alex serves on the national board of directors for NAIOP and is President-Elect of the Central Ohio chapter. Alex is a native of Columbus and a graduate of The Ohio State University, with a BA in English and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate.
Alex lives in Hilliard with his wife and three children, where he is active with the Hilliard Baseball Association and the Columbus Chill Youth Hockey Association. He is an avid runner and craft beer enthusiast. Alex lost on ‘Jeopardy!’

Cierra Rider is Director of Retail Services at Elford Realty and in her current role, Cierra represents retail and restaurant clients looking for new locations or to renew in existing space. She also represents Landlords in the marketing of buildings for lease or sale. Her knowledge of the industry, her ability to connect concepts and ideas through the use of social media, along with her ability to negotiate creates significant value for her clients. Cierra brings an upbeat and fresh perspective to her clients to educate them on the market, and the trends that surround it, and the financial implications of each real estate decision they make and how those decisions may impact them short and long term. Building long-term relationships with her clients is of utmost importance to her, and she prides herself on doing what’s right, and working hard for her clients. Some of her clients include: Jordan Restaurant Group (Hen Quarter, Popeyes, Matchbox), 1126 Restaurant, Corner Bakery, Planet Fitness, Fado, GoYoga, and Vance Outdoors.
Prior to joining Elford, Cierra was the Director of Agents at ReMax Town Center where she oversaw training and the coaching of over 40 real estate agents. Her vast experience in business development, marketing, and through systematic training programs, assisted in the team’s overall success.
Cierra lives in Columbus with her husband and their German Shepherd mix, Lucille Ball Rider (Lucy). In addition to real estate, Cierra is passionate about teaching Yoga and giving back her time and talents to her community. She assisted in bringing a nonprofit to Columbus called Food Rescue US which has a mission to help alleviate food insecurity in Franklin County.

Brian has been in commercial real estate since 2005 in a variety of roles from brokerage to database management. Since 2013, he was involved in with COCIE (Central Ohio Commercial Information Exchange) and Columbus Realtors. He developed strong relationships within the industry and learned many ways real estate transactions are conducted. The ability to predict market trends, understand analytics, and create opportunities are assets he brings to Elford.
As part of a team with Alex Vulic, Brian will focus on industrial, land, flex, and real estate development. They will work with business and property owners to evaluate their real estate options.
Brian is actively involved in organizations like: Columbus Realtors, COCIE, CCIIR (Columbus Commercial Industrial Investment Realtors), and OCREE (Ohio Commercial Real Estate Exchangors).
Brian is a graduate of Kent State University. He resides in Lewis Center with his wife, Courtney, three kids, boxer (Wilson), and Big Green Egg

Erin recently joined Elford Realty as Director of Marketing. She works with all team members to ensure our branding is consistent and properties are marketed to the appropriate prospects in the most effective ways possible. Prior to joining the Elford Team, Erin worked for the architectural firm, BSHM Architects and was responsible for marketing.
Erin is a graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication.
She lives in Upper Arlington with her husband, Tom, and two children.

Sarah started her real estate career in 2002 at Capitol South Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation working toward the redevelopment of Downtown Columbus in conjunction with the City of Columbus. In 2007 Sarah moved to Continental Realty, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Partner, as its Vice President of Property Management. As Newmark Knight Frank purchased Continental Realty in 2016, Sarah went on to act as the Associate Director of Management Services overseeing the Columbus and Cincinnati property management offices, as well as business development efforts throughout the state of Ohio. During that time, Sarah successfully built property management offices in the Cleveland and Cincinnati markets from the ground up. Sarah has a passion for creating meaningful, long-lasting relationships with her clients and colleagues. Her experience includes business development, property management, engineering and maintenance supervision, project management and acquisition due diligence.
Sarah is a graduate of The Ohio State University and lives in Columbus with her two young children.

Michelle Horn is Executive Vice President of Elford Asset Management. Michelle holds the CCIM and CPM designations, as well as a Real Estate License. Michelle has been with Elford Asset Management since 2003 and has managed both the Multi-family and Commercial portfolios. Michelle is currently responsible for all aspects of our multi-family portfolio. She oversees the daily operations and finances of our portfolio as well as assists with development of new projects. Michelle has lead successful lease-ups for more than ten ground-up multi-family developments, and also has experience managing the renovations of older projects. Michelle has successfully built the multi-family management platform for Elford Asset Management, growing it from 303 units in 2003 to over 2,000 units in 2019.
Prior to joining the Elford team, Michelle graduated from the Ohio State University and worked for United Dominion Realty Trust. Michelle lives in Hilliard with her husband and two young children.
Dan has been with Elford since 2016 and serves as the Vice President of Operation for Elford Realty overseeing all finance and accounting.
