Kristy Daniel, SIOR, has been with Elford Realty since 2015 as a Principal, but has over 27+ years of commercial real estate experience. Her background is diverse, having spent the first part of her career in brokerage for CBRE & Colliers representing institutional and private landlords, as well as local and national tenants. She then went on to become the System Director of Real Estate Transactions and Development for OhioHealth Corporation, a large hospital system in Ohio. Kristy was responsible for managing a team of 35+ individuals and oversaw $2B of real estate across the 11-hospital system averaging 90+ transactions per year. In her role she led site selection efforts, practice acquisitions, and worked with executive leadership on corporate headquarters strategies.
Kristy has built her career on doing what’s best for her clients and establishing trusting and long-lasting relationships. She prides herself on listening to the goals of her clients and working hard to help them achieve them. She truly understands what it means to be in a client’s shoes and provides invaluable guidance throughout the site selection process.
