Jess Desarro spent 13 years with a global real estate firm in Columbus, where she worked as an administrative manager assisting with the support of more than 60 realtors and playing a key role in the day-to-day operations of the office. During that time, she developed a strong foundation in brokerage operations and client service. Following this role, Jess obtained her real estate license and went on to work with a national investor, managing the acquisition, renovation, and sale of single-family homes. Building on that experience, she joined Elford Realty, where she leverages her background in residential, investment, and licensed real estate to support the firm’s clients, brokers, and projects across a wide range of commercial transactions.
Jess lives in Pataskala with her husband, Mike, and their two dogs, Kota and Barney. Outside of real estate, she enjoys traveling, attending festivals, bowling, and spending time outdoors.
