Dr. Melissa Fan, D.D.S. engaged our services two years prior to her lease expiring in the retail shopping center anchored by Giant Eagle off of Avery Road in Dublin. Her goal was to no longer lease her space, but to find an office condo to purchase to relocate her practice.

Initial challenges were thinking strategically on how to buy an office condo, and continue to pay rent should an option to be on the market at the onset of our evaluation of the market. Next, the Dublin market did not have many options for sale for her to choose from, especially because she was trying to keep as close geographically to her current space as possible for patient retention. We had to stay on top of new inventory in the market to find the right solution.

After nearly two years of touring space, monitoring new options that came on line, and being patient we were successful in finding a medical office condo for her to purchase. Not only was it less than a mile from her current location, but it was within her budget and the exact size she required. The timing also worked out has her lease expired exactly in time for the build-out in her new space to be completed so there were no financial implications for her.
