Lauren began her career in commercial real estate in 2004, specializing in tenant representation and office leasing in the Chicago market. During her time there, she managed a diverse ownership portfolio which included institutional landlords such as Equity Office Properties Trust and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, along with prominent Class A office properties including Prudential Plaza and The Rookery Building.
After returning to her hometown of Upper Arlington to raise her family, Lauren stepped away from the industry for several years before joining Elford Realty in September 2023.
At Elford Realty, Lauren focuses on the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of industrial, flex, and land properties. She brings a thoughtful and responsive, client-focused approach to every assignment, combining careful market analysis with a strong understanding of her clients’ operational and business objectives. Lauren is committed to building lasting relationships with local brokers, landlords, investors and businesses, helping clients navigate real estate decisions that support long-term growth.
Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. As part of her studies, she spent a semester abroad in Madrid and competed as a Division II volleyball player.
She lives in Upper Arlington with her three children—Mackenzie, Owen, and Hayden, along with her partner John and their three dogs. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys yoga and supporting her children at their sporting events.
