The United Dairy Farmers convenience store on North High Street in Columbus will be demolished to make way for a mixed-use development more fitting of the city’s Short North neighborhood, under a proposal submitted to area commissioners. Elford Development Ltd. is planning a three-story building with 22,230 square feet for offices, first- and second-floor restaurant space and three retail storefronts along the busy stretch of High Street
